Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made on ApnaEMI platform (apnaemi.in).

1. Platform Fees

The one-time onboarding fee of Rs.300 per customer is non-refundable once the customer has been successfully onboarded on the platform.

2. Monthly Platform Charges

Monthly platform charges paid by merchants are non-refundable. In case of any disputes, please contact us within 7 days of payment.

3. Eligible Refunds

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake
• Payment deducted but service not provided
• Technical error resulting in incorrect charge

4. Refund Process

• Submit refund request at support@apnaemi.in within 7 days
• Provide payment details and reason for refund
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refund will be credited to original payment source
