ApnaEMI is a business management software platform that helps merchants manage customer payments and collections digitally.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Obtain customer consent before adding their data
• Comply with all applicable laws

3. Platform Usage

• ApnaEMI is a technology/software platform
• Must not be used for illegal activities

4. Fees

• ₹300 processing fee per customer onboarding
• 3% platform commission on transactions
• Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law.
